BlogilatesTV has such great (and fun!) workouts. I’m posting this not only for all of my followers to take advantage of, but for myself as well. For days that you need some motivation to start a workout, try any one of these, and by the time you’re done, you’ll probably want to do three more.

Get your mind off how tired or sore your legs are, and you’ll be able to go longer. I always like to talk to someone or think about different problems I have- I work out most of my issues during long runs. The other day I was talking to one of my old running buddies, and he said it was funny how the first time we ran a long run together- I think it was 11 miles- the first thing I said to him was “Don’t stop talking. Just keep talking about anything and everything. I need to keep my mind off how tired I am.”It really works! :)
